Exchanges:
Items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery for size adjustments or an alternative product. Customers are responsible for courier charges for both the return and shipment of the exchanged item (₹170). For requests involving only a pickup, such as when store credit is issued, a courier charge of ₹100 applies. All exchanges are handled via courier pickup arranged by the team.
Returns & Refunds:
Refunds are provided only if a faulty product is received or if the delivered item differs from the original order. Customers must notify the team within 4 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received, refunds are processed within 5 working days.
Store Credit:
If an immediate exchange or refund is not preferred, store credit can be issued for the value of the item. Store credit can be applied toward future purchases and is valid for six months from the date of issuance.
