Balfe Refund and Exchange Policy
At Balfe, we are dedicated to providing our customers with premium products and exceptional service. Please review our policy regarding exchanges and refunds:
Exchanges:
- Customers may easily exchange items for the same product in case of size issues or any alternative product within 5 days after the product is delivered.
- To facilitate an exchange, customers are responsible for the courier charges associated with both the return of the original item and the shipment of the exchanged item, totaling ₹170.
- For requests involving only a pickup (in cases where store credit is issued) without an exchange, a courier charge of ₹100 will apply.
- All exchanges are conducted via pickup by us only.
Returns & Refunds:
- Balfe does not accept returns or issue refunds for purchased items, except in cases where a faulty product is received or if the item delivered differs from the original order, the customer is supposed to reach out to our team within 4 days after receiving the order, our team will arrange a pick up & the refund will be provided in five working days after the courier is delivered back to us
Store Credit:
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at the moment, we can issue a credit note for the value of the item, which can be applied toward future purchases at Balfe with the validity of six months after the store credit has been issued.
